Garland Florist provides a great service, and it's trustworthy. I live abroad, but I wanted to order some flowers for my mom who lives in Jakarta for mother's day. I ordered the flower online through their website and made a payment, which was an easy process. You can contact them through WhatsApp too if you have questions like I did. She received the beautiful flowers on time. The flowers were beautiful, and she loved it.

Garland Florist was very professional and fast, with great communication. I ordered the flowers on their website, from a different country, and was able to order with ease, pay quickly, and I received an immediate email receipt. They then delivered the flowers SAME DAY (I didn't expect this), making my girlfriend very happy. They even sent me a photo of the delivery! I will definitely use them again.

update: the seller replied about my complain and blamed staff for the shoddy work done, apparently one of her staff ran away with the money and did not do the job. Eventually they delivered the flowers but it was way after the event I needed it for. The seller was kind enough to refund my payment and take back her flowers - for this, I still recommend to deal with her for her honesty and good service. However, do take note that you should order flowers more than 2 days in advance as I still do not have confidence in her operations.
I had to get flowers for an important event and made sure to order early and contacted the seller several times to make sure things are in order. When I arrived in the hotel and received the flowers, the red roses I ordered are just spray painted red. A bad job on the spraying even. When I complained to the seller, she said her staff will do up a new one and send across that night. But next morning nothing happened. Deceiving and a con artist. Pls do not buy from them or risk being disappointed.response / report this review -

Flowers delivered on time. But half of the flowers showed up dead. I do not recommend this place. Very disappointed with the flowers. I definitely will not be using this place again.

Website is friendly, however the owner didn't receive all details about the order.
The delivery was delayed and I had to follow up twice. At first the customer service support was below expectations, but at the end the owner apologized for their mistake.response / report this review -

I was looking for a quick and safe way to send flowers to a friend. I was confused by the other options available on the internet. I found this website and the people provided a very reliable, quick and professional service. I really enjoyed the direct Whatsapp discussion we had and the flexibility and security of using Paypal. I would recommend Garland Florist to English speakers.
