I love this hotel very much. The room is very clean, wide, make me feel so comfortable. All staff are very friendly, fast response. The location is quite strategic. It's really close to Anjungan Pantai Losari, Tanjung Bunga, Trans Studio, and culinary/souvenir center in Makassar, center point of Makassar, and Mesjid Terapung. I can say, this hotel is in the tourism area. But, there are no public transportation here, so you have to rent a car or book online transportation if you want to go anywhere. I'm highly recomended for you to stay here.

This hotel is near to the most sophisticated mall in Makassar, the Trans Studi Makassar. They have the biggest swimming pool in town. The room size is quite ok. Breakfast menu is good with much variety. The downside is the spring bed is to hard like a board in my opinion.

Came here on weekend and it was so crowded. They also run out of breakfast temporary. I had to queued for checkout on the reception.Their swimming pool is closed for public. Fortunately their staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a new hotel so the room is new and nice. The view from the room is great as well Since the location of this hotel is not far away from the beach and shopping mall. The price of this hotel is reasonable

Well I came here just for meeting my family from Solo and eat dinner.. for the food, it's good.
I don't know about the room, but judging from some aspects.. It's gotta be pricey

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Makassar I think. The interior was good, the room is clean too, the service was good too. The food is very good and the price is still okay. The parking area is very big and quite good.

Too strict in the pool. Poor people who just want to have fun but dont bring their swimsuit/pant. they dont even have renting swimsuit/pants available. Not all people who visit hotel bring their swimsuit/pant all the time. Smoking room still smells cigarette even if we dont smoke in the room, all day the room feels smoky. I dont know about other room, but for a room price at around 700k rupiahs, the floor is wooden cold floor with no carpet on it, too cold floor!

Been there a weeks ago. I feel a little bit disappointed because of crowd. I had to wait about 15 minutes to enter my room. The receptionist couldnt handle the crowd at the lobby. The lobby look like Sunday market.

It was nice to stay with Gammara Hotel. The pool, the wellness centre, the view and their services is awesome. Sadly, the bed size is quite small and there is no pajamas at the room.

The nicest thing about the hotel, according to me, is the pool. :) But it's gross that they allow people to smoke around the pool because children play there too. The breakfast selection is pretty standard.

Bad experience. The front office section did not record correctly my deposit money for my 2 night stay (late check in Aug 8, 11:30 p.m. and check out Aug 10, 05:20 a.m.). It took 30 minutes with no results. The manager on duty promised to solve the problem because I had to rush to the airport.

Pengalaman buruk. Bagian front office tidak mencatat dengan benar uang deposit saya utk 2 malam menginap. Perlu waktu 30 menit tanpa hasil. Manajer on duty menjanjikan utk memecahkan masalah tsb krn saya buru-buru ke bandara.

went here for nippon paint's event. the room is pretty cozy, the view is not much (probably because its cloudy). haven't try the pool yet because so many people were there. breakfast is awesome, i love the buffet!

Great place and nice view, but the Swimming Pool is not open for 24 hours there is a strict rules for this facility and I think that's bad, but overall this is a nice place

I recommend not to throw any kinds of small party in one of the rooms even in the cottage. the housekeepers are not good because they will say its okay to do something but then when you want to check out, they will say you shouldn't have done it and they will charge you for doing it. very very not good at all. bad experience. lousy managers and receptionist.

To bad for stay in this hotel.., i m very dissapointed have been there..,becareful the crew from this hotel is used some trick for getting money from customer.., they look for costomer fault and they give the penalty. Our fault is we put some double tip at the wall, just 5 % of the wall have double tip, but they tell us to pay penalty for whole the wall
