  This place is a kinda old budget hotel. Located in the heart of Balikpapan City - with sea view at the backyard; - imho, the black sandy beach is looks dirty and less on the maintenance.
  I stayed a night in a standard room at the corner of 2nd floor with sea view outside, and the inside is a spacious room with old interior and furnitures, a king size single bed, a refrigerator, and a blue bath-up inside of the bath room, but unfortunately the toilet flush wasn't work properly. The internet connection also wasn't connect to the rooms that located far away from the reception and it works only around the lobby area. This hotel also provides a clean mushola or praying corner for the Muslim guests. Staffs here are helpful.
