  I had a very interesting experience at Gaia Holistic when I did an intestinal irrigation for the first time.
  The nurse was very nice and was very patient with me.
  I felt very well received and in the right hands. the stomach massage in between felt so relaxing, just right.
  I would recommend everyone to go there because they are very compatible, hygienic and friendly.

  On a cleanse, I went for a sauna and colonic.
  
  The infra red sauna was pleasantly hot.
  
  Administering of the Colonic was professional and careful. The nurse (Cindy) was kind and obviously experienced, so I could relax.
  
  I booked another visit immediately and looking forward to try their holistic spa treatments as well.

  I had my first ever colonic and it went very well. The nurse helped me feel safe and comfortable. She answered all my questions calmly and confidently. She also gave me a stomach massage during the process which really helped everything move smoothly. HIGHLY recommend. :)

  Had a very solid and enjoyable lymphatic drainage massage here with their skilled therapist. First time, it was quite relaxing - I wasn't sure what to expect from this type of massage, but enjoyed it and would recommend. Excellent and speedy communication in advance about prep/location/booking. They also sell Ming Herbs and lots of other health-related products on-site.

  My experience with Gaia holistic center was absolutely smooth. I felt welcomed by everyone, and customer service is one of the best. I went for a colonic, it was my first time but nurse Cindy was kind and gentle. She clearly explained to me everything throughout the process and she is highly professional and knowledgeable.
  I highly recommend Gaia for your colonics.
  
  I also received a lymphatic drainage massage and therapist Komang was a kind person as well, highly professional and focused. He put it the necessary pressure/speed for this type of treatment.
  
  Thankful to have found Gaia holistic center, as I am a very sensitive person when it comes to hands on treatments and I feel like I can trust them for my future treatments.

  I was on my 6th day of a 7 day detox fast/cleanse when my naturopath suggested doing a colonic. After reading reviews of 2 other places in Ubud I decided against it until I checked out Gaia. Stopped in to ask tons of questions (never done one before), look at the facility, machine, etc. The 2 female staff spoke perfect English, were originally trained as nurses, and informative. So I booked for the next day. Worried slightly at the start but all was very professionally done, comfortable, clean, easy, and with great results (I'm sure my fast first was the key). So glad I did it. Amazing experience. Can't imagine why getting rid of all sorts of "stuff" stuck in your digestive system for years could be a bad thing. Fantastic. Highly recommend Gaia.

  Went here for my first two colonics. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The therapist made the experience comfortable and stress-free, necessary given such a sensitive treatment! Also gave me a free session in the infrared sauna, usually a bonus for doing three colonics, not two 😁
