  For those who have business in Tembalang or Undip and wanted to stay in a budget hotel, this is a recommended place to go. Friendly staff, and affordable price (200k++ IDR or $15+). Quite a small room but spacious enough for temporary stay. My room has double bed size, flat TV and air conditioning unit. Everything was functional and clean. The bathroom is quite big, and has hot and cool shower. They also serve breakfast with options of fried rice or "rames". 5/5

  Receptionist yg cewe gk murah senyum ,, jawab seperlu dan seadanya
  
  Pertama menginap sudah tidak menyenangkan
  
  Soalnya banyak tamu yang di lobby ( yang banyak meja ) pada nongkrong ngobrol ketawa" berisik
  Ada yg buka lagu
  Kamar tidak kedap suara jadi kedengeran
  Mau gk mau turun buat complain sampai jam 12 baru pada di suruh diam sama penjaga

  Letak tv salah
  Kasur dmn tv dmn
  
  Yg ngeselin wifinya sangat lambat
  Gak bisa buat nonton
  Mau tidur gak bs pd berisik
  Mau nonton wifinya begitu
  Nyesel menginap di sini
  Gak lagi deh
  
  Tolong di tingkatkan lagi
  Jangan cuman maaf atas ketidak nyamanannya selama menginap di ghb3
  Akan di perbaiki sebagai mana semestinya

  Sangat nyaman, bisa check in lebih awal tanpa biaya tambahan. Dapat sarapan. Kalau keluar kamar listrik tidak mati, jadi AC tetap nyala dan kamar selalu dingin. Cocok buat anak luar kota yang mau tes di Undip maupun Polines, tinggal keluar hotel lalu kearah kiri.
