  Strategis tidak terlalu jauh ke tempat pusat perbelanjaan, rumah sakit, dan instansi Pemerintahan lainnya
  Akses jalan terbilang sempit walaupun dapat dilalui dua mobil, perlu hati hati karena perumahan banyak anak anak bermain di jalan beraspal di area perumahan
