Cleanliness : **** Well maintained
Room ambient : *** Lighting can be improved
Facility : ***** Kids friendly, better to provide news pepper in the lobby.
Foods : **** Taste good, plenty of variations, better if there is a coffee machine in the restaurant.
Hospitality : ***** Warm welcome, easy check in & check out
Advice for travellers : ask for top floor mountain view. Bring your own towel for swimming. Have a food in their restaurant on early morning and during sunset.response / report this review -

This hotel is luxurious and well designed, the hallways are clean, the services are excellent and the view from the top floor (Chinchilla Sky) is amazing. But the noise from the outside, usually at the evening or at night, can be disturbing and may ruin ur good night sleep.

- Cheap and new hotel
- Not too far from Puncak entrance
Minus:
- No bus parking available, bus even can not enter.
- There is children playground (even though small) however the foods are not children friendly, all are spicy.
- Small room without no carpet in floor.
- Small swimming pool.

The food in here is so delicious, ive tried several dishes of their indonesian and chinese food. It's so goood that i still remember the strong flavour of the soto kuning. The room is comfortable, they give you 3 different size of pillow in each bed (i try their double - single bed room) which is good for us indonesian, since we use "guling" a lot. The parking space is quite big, their lobby is quite marvelous than the other hotels in puncak area, too bad their swimming pool is not big enough. Dont forget to try to eat or just hang out in their restaurant at the 6th floor where you get almost 360 view of puncak area.

Decent hotel, not too cold for puncak standard. Have morning breakfast at the top floor. Grand Diara had tiny swimming pool and kids playground. If you want to stay at Puncak, I reccomend you to rent a villa from Agoda or AirBnB because, it's more worth it.

- Pelayanan room service di usahakan menggunakan sistem operasional yang memadai..SOP untuk room service harus ada penambahan agar kepuasan pelanggan tetap terjaga..
- Security Di Pintu Masuk dan Loby harus respect terhadap keluar masuk kendaraan, karena penilaian awal terletak pada saat kita masuk ke kawasan hotel..
