Yeah everybody know Gramedia right, the go-to store when you're in need of quality books.

Gramedia gajahmada is in my knowledge the biggest gramedia in Medan, and it's in a standalone place as opposed to many others of which are inside shopping malls. So you can imagine its quite big and offer more than just books (they even sell phones the last time I were here!)

Its a comfortable place to browse some books (and read some already opened books) well what else do you expect from Gramedia?

The ambience is very persuasive to let you buy more books to read. I can say it's the best bookstore in Medan. The collection is very complete for any needs. It's even the best place for window shoping. They also have stationary, music and sport section, and some bags and wallets. And yes..the famous Dunkin Donut is waiting for you to have a seat and start reading your new book.

This bookstore is the biggest in medan , it has lots of novels that you can't find in another Gramedia store, it consists of 2 floors, fits floor is for office equipment, musics instrument selling , bags, calculator, fitness equipment, the second floor is all books, comics, magazine, novel, textbook, religion book, newspaper, payment is available both cash and card, the parking lot is large, many atm outside of it, beside it there is a Dunkin donut store

This bookstore is the biggest stand-alone bookstore in town.
Owned by a major publishing company in Indonesia, this bookstore features almost every topics of non-fiction books and huge amounts of fiction books.
Gramedia also (usually) sells imported books, but only limited to Best-selling and popular re-prints.

My childhood bookstore. Gramedia is the biggest bookstore chain in Indonesia so it's definitely the one to go if i need any book. But this particular store feels a bit full so not the the most gramedia store I've ever go to
