The SPA is unreliable. It cancelled our booking twice at the last minute. The first booking for 9pm was made at the reception on 27 April 2018. It got me waiting 15 minutes until I decided to call and was told that the booking wasn’t confirmed. The second was also for 9pm, on 29 April 2018. This time I decided to book with the SPA myself and the booking was confirmed. 10 minutes to 9pm, the SPA called saying the therapist fell sick. Either I am unlucky or they refuse to take the last order. I hope I was wrong.

The restaurant is closed due to refurbishment. There was no information about this.

Incredible place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing. Very modern, clean and spacious. Buffett breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Jakarta.

Nothing to hate from this place. Always stay here everytime i go to Jakarta with my family. They have many room option from 1 BR to 3 BR. The room has a kitchen space with all the needed equipments plus dining table, family living room with big sofa and a desk workspace . Very confenient. There's pool and gym, they provide a guest room for tenants to have their guest and a reflexology room for massage using machine (free of charge). Best place to stay with reasonable price.

Good hotel , actually great . Clean food is good. I did give you 4 because the rooms doesn’t have windows which i don’t like it. I need fresh air. Otherwise everything is excellent.

Lovely Serviced Apartments with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Loved that they provided a good washer/dryer so those on extended stays or long trips could get their washing done in their apartment.

Completely best residence for a business traveler. Located in the main city. Near to go everywhere related to business thing in Jakarta. The super friendly staff are ready to help us anytime. The kind security also help us with big smile and big heart. The room are nice.

If you are a non-smoker, make sure that you mention & repeat & make yourself very clear that you DON'T WANT them give you the smoking room; it's smell so awful it can make you sick! When I stayed there they said the non-smoking rooms is full so they insist me to stay in the (very nasty smell) smoking room. It's turned out the effect of the smoking room smell really affected me so badly that made me have to warned them if they don't get me the non-smoking room I will cancel my stay. Luckily the next morning I get it. The staff was very helpful & the breakfast not bad, only that the location of this place is rather away from the center.

Good location in Menteng, close to the national monument, museums and various food places. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and relaxing. During our stay, we also used a lot of the amenities, including the wifi and spa/gym. Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend.

Was there on a family trip 1 week. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms were well furnished with quality furniture and fittings. Room had bathroom with washer/dryer, plus a full en suite with bath in main bedroom which is great. Facilities were fantastic, large outdoor pool and small wading pool for kids. Gym was good, just missing a rowing machine. Best thing was the massage chair near the salon. Buffet breakfast was nice, they change up the menu daily so always something different, eggs made to order which is all i ordered. Overall had a great stay, definitely be back on our next family trip.

I often come here to teach my student who stays here. The staffs are helpful. The hallways are clean and also the toilet. The location is near Gondangdia train station. It is easier to commute using the traing.

Good hotel. 1 bedroom rooms are very comfortable. Staff is friendly. A little lacking in fixing issues. Very small and insignificant, but the tea pot that stopped working and I've asked 4 times to replace it to no avail. Housekeeping is very good, only minor issue they don't put an extra roll of toilet paper and they overlook small things. But overall a very good hotel.

It gives a two room and kitchen with a reasonable(or relatively cheap) price. And I can see the night jakarta through the glass window. However when I go other place, almost all, I have to take a taxi.

Nice room at very good price .. Cheaper than 5star hotel nearby, yet much bigger room and got everything you need. We got upgraded from 1bedroom to 2bedroom so only paid 111usd for 2bedrooms 2bathrooms, living room with kitchen and dining area. Location also great easily accessed. Minus one star as service is really really slow.

If you do not mind 20-30 minutes ride to the SCBD, this is the best option. Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, large space in rooms.
