  Is it a good place to hang out? Is it a good place to eat? I don't know. I feel like, this is just an ordinary place to eat. Actually i don't really like this place. It's quiet dark inside, I mean the light from the outside is not really work, maybe it's because of the window. You can go there and try it by yourself. But if you like the kind of quiet place, I think you will like this place and you will think this is the best place for you to hang out with your family or your friends or even your pet.
