Good place to stay..

The deluxe room i paid rp.500k was so bad.air cond not working well.carpet on the floor is broken,there is no tv,no refrigerator, no water kettle in the room,the light in our bathroom are dark need 10 minute to reach the beach
It was expensive experience to stay here. the positif our room is a water villa,when we open the door can see the sea.response / report this review -

It was REALLY not easy to get to Derawan island. We flew from Jogyakarta to Balikpapan then again to Berau. Got picked up by a friendly driver, though he doesnt speak English. It was a 2.5-hour drive which was full of curves and unfortunately I got sick and vomitted. Then it was a 35 mins speed boat ride, much more enjoyable. Once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ichi, the guest manager and her team. It was water villa 3 we stayed in, nothing fancy but very comfortable, the spacious balcony was a big plus. We also booked a 4D3N tour with Fisheries and our captain Rendy did his job great! We went to Hajimangu Cliff which was an exiciting cave and of course the jellyfish lake, it was beautiful like a dream. When the tide gets low, he even took us to a romantic sandy beach. Thanks Rendy!
I must say that Ichi was such a nice girl who knows her own country very well, she recommended a great many amazing Indonesian islands to me and even explained how I can get to them. I definitely recommend Fisheries to you all!response / report this review -

Perfect place to stay in derawan. the cotage or villa it self above sea water with two class of room types. it has its own small port, sunset view point and restaurant.

water villa that have sunset point and small port.really nice place. you can just stay at villa and play with hammock during your stay or swim around the villa, or explore derawan and island around there.
