  WAS a regular, but today the barber cuts in a rush, dont even ask me to check (before washing), do a rush wash (whatever), and no shoulder massage Everything he did was quick amd clumsy. When i asked, he said customers are already waitingthis is not an acceptable reason.
  
  I think this is plain bad customer service. Paid full package price, and not planning to return back

  Asked for side and back trim but they cut my middle part as well. Didn't ask for ny consent. Hate my haircut so much.
