  I thought that I was the only victim of fatigue at my farm, it turns out that there are too many. Orders from 1 week ago status are only being processed, there is no clarity even though they have contacted customer service. 2 days ago the cs said it would be sent tomorrow but until now the status is still being processed. I tried to contact cs twice, there was no answer, it looks like I just want to hold people's money.
  
  So many people have complained, it's still like that, there's really no hope that it will change. Selling but doesn't seem like it's being taken care of, no wonder it's not competitive with other shops

  If the item is ready, it can be sent in 3 days, if the item is empty, the customer is left alone for a week, then the customer follow-up will only reply if the order is empty! Very slow service I swear. Don't buy if it's urgent

  Unprofessional, they call me 2 times for make sure the address (which is i already write it detail and never have problem with other e-commerce) And at least need 1 hours for u get the answer from Customer service when u contact them . I tried to asked where is my things, because i haven't receive in 3 daysd and can't find any information about delivery progress in their website.
