What a find! The lady at the front desk was so lovely, they weighed our clothes and charged accordingly (super reasonable) and also delivered everything to our hotel the next day. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic staff, I was impressed with how they remembered our names and sent regards to my wife when she was not with me during pick up. Great price, used their services several times, clothes came back on time in perfect condition every timesurely the best laundry in Bali.

Family Laundry offer amazing service and their standards are 5 star!! We were staying out in Canggu and after a bad experience with another laundry service tried these guys. We communicated easily and efficiently through Whatsap and were able to organise collection from our accommodation in Canggu. Our clothes were picked up on time and delivered back to us at a time to suit the next day. Everything was super clean and smelt amazing. My partners white linen shirt was so white and ironed perfectly that it looked brand new again!! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

The shop owner is very nice and friendly!!! I followed the review in goggle map and went there and it’s really all our worth 5*! So we tried to send some clothes to wash in hotel and they charged us Rup15000 for a top. so we searched for other options, it was almost 8pm when we get to family laundry and they are still happy to take our clothes and put us on express (4hours) the shop lady Lisa, a beautiful sweet women offered to deliver to our hotel in the next morning so we don’t need to come back! For price, we paid for more for the express option but still very cheap and reasonable! So I will highly recommend you to go! :)

Guided by all other reviews we decided to pack all our dirty clothes in a backpack and start looking for this place. As soon as we reached the location we were greeted by a really nice lady who was more than kind to take our clothes and return them to us at the end of the work day, without any "same-day" extra charge. The clothes were neat, clean and smelling amazing.

I can't emphasize enough how good this business is. Incredibly enthusiastic and professional. Within Seminyak they will come to your hotel, pick up your laundry and within 24 hours deliver it back to your hotel, beautifully folded and wrapped, and they send you a photo of the scale with your clothes on it so you can clearly see the price. Such friendly, excellent, responsive service, very affordable, and they do a great job with your clothes. Also really excellent English, so there was no problem with understanding what we wanted, even though we had a complex order handling several people's laundry.

Highly, highly recommended - just find them and message them on Facebook, you don't need local voice calling.

Super happy, helpful, great customer service! Give them a good tip guys and gals!
We dropped in a bag of damp/wet clothes and the staff said they will weigh the clothes on pickup instead of drop off as the cost is based on the weight.
This is great because they weren't trying to rip us off at all.
We will go back again before we leave so we dont leave bali with dirty or damp clothes.

As per other reviews (which is the reason we taxied here) - amazing service, such friendly and enthusiastic staff. I came twice in two weeks and the second time I entered the shop I was greeted with "Hello Michael!". They remembered my name from my last visit. Cheap price, my clothes came back perfectly folded in a cute pile and no stains or shrinkage.

Really a relief as it is my first time to Bali and the villa we were staying in had ridiculous pricing for laundry.

Amazing laundry service. I gave my 2 white pants to another laundry only to find out they had totally ruined it. Was so frustrated. Went on Google and found Family Laundry in Seminyak. Drove there. And what followed was one of the best customer and laundry service. Not only the two girls were so kind and welcoming. But my pants were washed to sparkling White. Was so happy with the outcome. If there was a Six star button I would give them six stars.*****👍

Went here after reading recommendations online and it was close to the place I stayed at. The people running this place were very friendly and the service was impeccable. We came with A LOT of laundry as we travelled quite a lot. And everything was done the next day. Unfortunately, some of my clothes had shrunk after getting them back. And some of my shirts had some brown stains on them as well. Maybe from pressing them dry or something? It's not a huge deal, but I was a little bit disappointed as it included some of my favourite clothing.

Quick service, extremely friendly and good English speaking staff. My white shirts were really white for the first time in 2 months of traveling. Great quality/valve for the money!
