  A wonderful place for ink virgins. This was my first piece and Victor took a great deal of trouble to explain things to me. He is a creative, understanding and patient man with a phenomenal eye for detail - a true artist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough - all of my expectations were exceeded and all of my worries dealt with. I am utterly delighted with the finished work. Thank you, Victor.

  Was intending to get my navel pierced at rise above, but the piercer was not around and the indian lady was completely clueless.
  Saw this shop and decided to get my navel pierced here. Lady at the counter was friendly and the piercer nicol was really skilled and professional when handling the needle and piercings. They provide you with lots of information on how to keep your piercings clean and infection free.
  Will definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their piercing or tattoo done there.

  got my septum and more recently, my conch pierced here (two separate trips in the span of about 1.5 years - worth returning to). person at the counter is veryyy friendly! prices are reasonable and relatively cheap compared to piercing shops in the vicinity. piercer (nicol) was also very nice, whole process was quick and professional. would definitely go back!

  Indian owner didn't know her own goods, and piercer had no idea what customer service is. Often manned by front line personnel who do not know anything about piercing and tatooing. Avoid like the plague.
