  This place is supposedly an incentive to business class passengers of Garuda Indonesia. So, coming in I expected good things here. With entry fee of IDR 100k, this place is a let down. No wifi other than the one publicly accessible in the entire airport building, food and drinks are below standard. Some foods are not heated and some drinks i.e. juices are watery. It's also not a good place to get some work done as there is no wall separating the common area to the rest of the terminal building. The management surely needs to learn the standard in lounge and hospitality services.

  Buruk. NO TOILET. NO WIFI. NO PRAYING ROOM.
  Makanan gak enak. Tidak ada toilet. Tidak ada mushola. Lebih mentingin smoking room than mushola dan toilet.
  Mushola harus keluar lounge. Itu pun tidak ada sarung buat laki-laki. Parah.
  Dan no wifi.
  Sangat disayangkan Garuda Indonesia bekerja sama dengan lounge ini.
  Lounge Garuda Indonesia terburuk diseluruh Sumatera. Bahkan Indonesia.

  Not much space. But the sofa is nice. The food and drinks are okay. Not too expensive.
