Good place except the traffic jam around Sukarno Hatta Road. Need to wait around more than 20 minute for online taxi to reach the place due to congested area. Walking will be fun since its near university and public transporter. Building itself complimented with the good swimming pool and good basic security lift

Pretty basic hotel I guess, but you get what you pay for. No water boiler in the room. The elevator is very slow and small 👎🏻. Consider many people queue before the elevator. The breakfast is pretty decent for Indonesian (a lot of rice with smaller portion of side dish)

Great room to stay because it near Brawijaya University and so many cafes and restaurant around it and you don't have to ride public or online transportation. Not pricey for a hotel like this

again and again, the AC in my room was not cold. room is not soundproof, the first night I stay, there were teenagers who celebrate birthday in the middle of the night, and it was completely noisy. there are 3 lift, but 2 of them are under maintenance, only 1 lift that can be used. and because they join with apartment, so must wait the lift for too long and mostly full.

If you with family. This place not really good. Because the room just too small and there was not a refrigerator if you need it or stay more than 1 night. And the parking place not really good and there was a swimming pool but too dirty

The room is quite spacious but the amenities' quality needs to be improved. Water heater for shower, safe deposit, and free mineral water are available here. It is located near the Brawijaya University campus, so it's efficient for a short stay related to educational activities there.

It's a nice decent hotel to stay at when visit Malang, the location is quite accessible to most places in Malang that you want to visit and quite close to Batu town as well the place everyone shouldn't miss visiting it when in Malang, so overall I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Malang and the hotel service is great as well, it's a money well spend for a good hotel.

I check in last month for 2 night when my brother arriving from srilanka towards abdul rahman saleh airport.
This hotel is excellent but just one i dislike the 1 staff when he look at my brother like his not costumer, even though we'r loyal costumer but why the staff seing my brother cynically, we used everyday smart hotel almost often every holiday sometimes if i visited my brother there because he was in collage of malang, and sometimes for work. Next time staff should be more respectful and polite to costumers.
I feel comfy at my room and good for the view and food!

Not enough parking space, since it is shared with apartment's parking space. I did stuck in basement with uncertainty where i could park while the ticket fare running. Bad when raining because you need to enter into parking zone to get into drop zone with canopy, and hope to not get into park queue or you'll get charged in exit because it's beyond free time limit.

Too much "No" from the hotel. No scissor to borrow (to open my luggage seal), no extra towel, no late check out, and the most annoying was no taxi order service (they told me to find one by myself). I've been using budget hotels so many times, and this is the worst service.

A very simple 3 or 2 star hotel located in jalan soekarno hatta, near brawijaya university.

(good things)
Location is good near brawijaya university and local culinary.
Room is spacious.

(minor things)
The hot water shower is not working properly in the morning.
There is no cupboard in the room.
No tea and coffee making facility in the room. You need to go to coridor to get a hot water from wAter dispenser.
Difficult to get a parking space in the night during ied festival.
Limited breakfast menu.
TV cable is not working properly sometimes

We stay there during ied festival and it was so crowded.
