great place for wedding. have so many ballrooms for wedding party, birthday party, ceremony, anniversary, meeting, etc. there is hotel too. the design is so artistic with medieval europe design.

Very bad management, especially the parking management. My uber driver just picked me up right before the ticket post and the guard asked me to pay for the parking fee. The building is good actually, but the management is really bad

Used to hate going to this place for weddings. The place used to have several elevator incidents, making the place creepy. The exterior looks stunning, but the interior looks a little run down.

This hotel exterior and interior is good for photography purposes, the hall is also good and can accommodate probably thousands visitors for an event. However, my first choice of hotel to stay in Surabaya wouldn't be this premise. It needs improvement for maintenance and service.

I'm on duty as bridesmaid. While I'm go there, the layout is too complicated and no signage. We are so confuse to search the room hotel. Fortunely, theres a staff near there. Actually nice place but a little bit creepy, low maintenance, and the parking area is too small for a lot of party venue.

Nice building but what is this ? ugly parking management. Just went there and ask for lobby to drop some guest, but the officer said go park inside or get out !!! Didn't allow me to drop my guest in front of the door. Horrible management. Very disappointed, wouldn't suggest this place for any occasion.

Wow big as palace. The wall, the Pillar pretty. But the room with no windows and dark. No ventilation. Once the carpet inside your room get wet ooo.. smell worse to the whole room. They have big hall for wedding.
