  Kamar dan kamar mandi kotor dan pengap. Tidak disediakan handuk maupun sandal kamar. Lemari kotor bahkan sudah dimakan rayap. Sarapan seadanya.

  Lokasi hotel, cukup baik, dari tigkat pelayanan da fasilitas jauh dari harapan.
  
  1, Fasiltas room services minim, hanya ada 2 meu dan hanya sampai jam 22.00, menu yang ada hanya
  Nasi goreng dan Kentang goreng.
  Dari Rasa , jauh dari bayangan, mendingan asi goreng pojokan gatsu. yag pakai gerobak.
  
  2. Water Heater mati.
  
  3. Breakfast, terbatas, panggangan roti mati, di biarkan katanya lagi rusak, tapi kok di pajang.
  
  4.WiFi hanya ada di Lobby.
  
  5.Receptionist di komplain, hanya bilang maaf da maaf, tidak ada expressi lain.
