They never pick up the phone!!! No coordination between Delivery Division and Installation Division!! They promised to deliver the goods at 4 pm, and they kept me waiting until 8 pm without notification!! And you can’t reach them by any means.. so I came to their nearest branch at Lippo Mall Puri just to call them.. but still no luck until they called me to reschedule the delivery a day after.. the next morning they called again and inform to postpone the delivery until the next day.. but right after that call, the Installation Division called me to inform the installation in the afternoon, once they knew that the Delivery was postponed, they asked me to call the Delivery Division again to confirm the delivery before they install the package.. well, am I the manager?? :(

good place for buying your electronic needs, tho the price is quite expensive but they have quite extensive collection of electronic utilities. Make sure to coming by the food court, there is a lot of option here but i recommend the Lontong medan, taste so authentic ( believe me, i was living in medan for 15 years). the parking spaces is great and the access to this place is also clear enough and you wont miss it if you are near the place.

Maybe the most quiet electronic city in Jakarta. However, they have interesting food court upstairs where you can find Bakmi GM, Chatime, or even PHD. Their food court is full during lunch

It's ok for Electronic goods but they don't have any game consoles like PS or Xbox. There is a food court on the upper level though, which is nice if you feel hungry or thirsty while shopping.
