Has so much potential, unfortunately fell short on delivery. The food was warm at best, the drinks were warm too, no ice. The flavours were lacking, the service was average, the prices were high. Too much effort gone into new venture, and need the old chef back. Just disappointed with downward trend, should be much nicer than it is.

Been here a few times now. It’s a great place. Best beef burger in Jimbaran area. The fries are delicious.
Also tried the chicken paella which is for two people. That was tasty.
Had the lamb burger, was a bit salty but still pretty good.
The deli next door is pretty awesome. Buying desserts from there. The chocolate cookies weren’t that good, taste like just sugar.
The coconut soft things are tasty.
The grilled chicken dinner is quite nice off the menu too.
Breakfast was okay. Not my favourite. But that’s my opinion.
You might like it.
Overall it’s a nice place to chill outside and enjoy a good meal.
The prices are quite good as well. The burgers are about 80,000+.response / report this review -

Went to this place few days ago for a breakfast, and it was one of the best breakfast I had in Bali. Open from 7 am, this place serves some great pastries and coffees. Love what they do with the decorations. You can also ask for a delivery. Good place if you want to have dinner with your family.

we have tatar beef and tenderlion beef stake, tatar beef is very bad, meat is was big, no milling! or but milling on tatar beef, on stake we waiting 1 hours, service is bad, no isterest

Good sandwiches/wraps and some of the best burgers in Bali. Good ambience with indoor/outdoor dining. Attentive staff, and did I say the burgers are awesome!

Ok, but not competitive. While there are nice things about El Merkat - I.e. the coffee, drinks and speedy WiFi - we thought there are better choices for the price tag. The sandwiches and some of the salads & tapas are tiny be fresh juices somewhat watery. However, if you are looking for some Spanish culinary experience on Bali, you'll like it anyway. Very nice staff!

I didnt go to meerkat because the food price is expensive. Instead, i ate at chicken soup place near meerkat, called Soto Ayam Surabaya. The soup is amazing, for 20k rupiah. you should try this original indonesian food rather than fake western food they sell at meerkat.

Love to eat here! Everything I've had on the menu has been great! There is a lot of choice, the breakfasts are amazing, good size portions for the sides, staff are very friendly and efficient. It's one of the best locations in the bukit for fresh food with high quality meats (imported options so a high standard)
Cakes are also amazing! The chocolate cake being my favorite!
Recommend the salmon florentine and the wasabi breakfast option. Breads are also delicious!

This place is a fantastic addition to the bukit area! It's premium food and a premium establishment.
No matter what you order, it will be go beyond your expectation. Their passion for food quality and attention to detail is truly unmatched in the area. The ambiance is also worth noting as comfortable chairs, lounge couches, and well organized workstations make spending time here a treat. The music is also on point!
The staff is patient, caring and kind and will take care of you. I live down the street and have made this place almost a daily routine. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won't regret itresponse / report this review -

Its still soft opening restaurant open from 08.00 am - 17.00pm. After grand opening its will be open from 08.00 - 22.00.
