disappointed.. from the start there was no communication from cs, the schedule of the ship departed then the goods were picked up on the 3rd of sept but the ship departed on the 16th of sept while there was no notification from the beginning.. the ship has arrived at its destination, the goods are slow to deliver this reason there are so many.. please help improve the service
