  Bad smell and not clean
  
  We wanted to spend our 3 last night in your establishment. However we had some unpleasantness :
  - There were hairs on the mattress
  - The sheets were dirty
  - A very bad smell in the bathroom
  - The towel was still wet from the last customers
  
  We asked for the sheets and the towel to be changed. At the end its were only returned sheets (but still the same with the same dirt) and the towel was just rolled (but still the same)
  So we spend only one night out of 3, and changed to join an other place. We asked the receptionist to be reimboursed and we had no answer from them.
