Room is pretty small but good enough to stay for a night since my purpose is to visit the komodo island tour.
Why 2 stars? because the room is not sound proof. at night music band is playing and is hard to have a good sleep if you are a light sleeper. Unluckily, my room is below the restaurant. you can hear people dragging the heavy wooden chair against the floor.response / report this review -

Good hotel with an excellent view of the bay from the balcony. The tasteful rooms have what you need - a/c, towels, soaps, etc. The restaurant is convenient (and has the aforementioned excellent view), but is very pricey especially compared to the local vendors who set up each evening down at the docks. But if you are not an adventurous eater - or just tired from the day - the convenience of the restaurant may be worth the premium.

The big room with two double bed (Deluxe room). The room was clean only the floor can be cleaner. We like the restaurant where you can get really nice view while we have our breakfast in the morning. You have nice view over the port (in 3rd floor). You can order few kind of breakfast, Continental, American, Indonesian and Fruit salad. For drink you can choose from tea, coffee and juice. If you want a breakfast in early morning(before 7 am), you have to inform the receptionist before 8 pm that they can prepare early breakfast or breakfast bag. The receptionist are warm and friendly. The locations is good ! Market is juts across the street so you can get your needs easily.

The room is clean. I really like the restaurant that I can get really nice view while I have my breakfast in the morning. I can see the port in the 3rd floor. You can order 3 kind of breakfast, I ordered fired rice and tea for Indonesian breakfast and my friend got omelette for American breakfast. If you have a trip in the morning, you must inform the receptionist before 8 pm that you need early breakfast so they can prepare it. The receptionist is warm. But my toilet is not good enough. Sometimes I can not flush my closet. The locations is good ! Near mini market so you can get your needs easily.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. They had great recommendations and always lent a hand. The view from the restaurant is stunning, and it's a great place to hang out or do some work (with WiFi and outlets). The room was very comfortable with AC and was cleaned each day.

Nice place to stay while in Labuan Bajo. Friendly staff, comfortable room with ac and hot cold water for shower. Right in the main street, surrounding with stores,restaurants,dive centers.

Nice bedroom! New and cool building. We had to get used to the smell that comes from toilet because in Labuan Bajo it's everywhere. If you want a quiet place, ask the administrator if they are having live music upstairs before you book

Clean and decently furnished rooms on the main street of Labuan Bajo. Banks, coffee shops, markets, and restaurant nearby and a short walk to the harbour. The Tree Top restaurant on top has a beautiful view of the harbour and a stunning sunset vantage point.

One girl of the staff was very rude.We asked for breakfast to go for the morning we were leaving because we were going to take a boat, but breakfast was not ready in the morning, she instead of accept her mistake and be polite said that we didn't say clear that we need breakfast to go We said it to her and other person, but they didn't take note of it. Maybe because she was playing with the cellphone or something.
So we almost lose our boat, and we had to manage to get a decent breakfast
Additionally the hotel smells really bad because they have humidity problems and the toilet didn't flush, because they said they we're having problems that day
Also we found two giant cockroaches in the bathroom the morning we were leaving
Maybe not lucky, but we wouldn't come back again.response / report this review -

Very rude staffthey did not treat well, they forgot to prepare us our breakfast and instead of apologize they were very rude with us trying to discuss

consigliatissimo. stanze spaziose e pulite seppur semplici. arredate con gusto. personale e gestori gentilissimi, davvero premurosi e coccoli nei confronti dei clienti per cui non manca mai un sorriso o una parola. dentro l albergo si trova anche il ristorante in cui si mangiano buoni piatti fusion ad un prezzo onesto. chicca del ristorante è sicuramente la vista mozzafiato specie al tramonto.

Delightful new hotel with natural and lively atmosphere. The room has stunning view, and very comfortable for resting after islands hopping around flores.
Located in the center of Labuan Bajo, close to restaurants, dive center, supermarket, and harbor. The staff are also very friendly.
