The patient was in the ECU for 2 hours, but there was no doctor; the patient was transferred to a VIP Room, there was no clear treatment plan. The patient was screaming in pain due to severe headache, but there was no prompt treatment at least to relieve the pain. The patient was finally deceased, but there was no treatment of the corpse until 4 hours passed while the intravenous tubes were still being attached to the dead body. This hospital is not professional.

Cepat utk Dokter dan Susternya. Lambat utk receipsonist pendaftaran dan kasirnya. Kebersihan? Saya hanya menemukan 1 kamar kecil yg berfungsi di deket ruang IGD. Yg lainnya tdk berfungsi, spt di dekat ruang tnggu ambil obat.
Dan RS ini hanya beroperasi sampai sekitar jam 8 malam. Sisanya hanya IGD yg 24 jam. Tp sekali lgi dokter dan suster IGD disini sangat ramah dan cepat penanganan.

Pelayanan dokter bagus, tapi Dari pihak rumah saki sangat lambat, rawat inap saja 6 jam buat urus ini ITU,padahal saya bayar sendiri,gk pake bpjs/asuransi lainnya,banyak petugas yang lalai

Rumah Sakit Advent Manado adalah salah satu Rumah Sakit swasta yang memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik di Sulawesi Utara. Dokter yang sangat komunikatif dengan pasien membuat orang yang sakit atau yang sementara berobat merasa terbantu. Memiliki moto: God heals, we help adalah sebuah hal yang sangat menenangkan hati ketika datang di tempat ini. Salah satu pelayanan terbaik yang diberikan dan patut dicontohi adalah ketika menjadi pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit ini, pasien atau keluarga tidak perlu bolak-balik ke apotek rumah sakit untuk mengambil resep dokter karena para perawatlah yang akan mengurusnya. Untuk pembayaran akhir, para pasien cukup menunggu mereka yang mengurusnya dan tinggal bayar. Hal seperti ini sulit didapati di fasilitas kesehatan yang ada di kota Manado.
