The facilities are well maintained.The location is very convenient in terms of access for shopping, food places and beach. The kids club is a good place for kids to play. However, I wasn't very satisfied with the human aspect of the hospitality. The requests were not promptly attended to - had to request multiple times. The breakfast counters have a hard stop at 10am and people eating have to load up their plates if they eat beyond 10. The bigger swimming pool does not have easy access to a washroom. Be aware of these and you should have a decent experience.

Great for the budget conscious. Has all the basic amenities to make you comfortable. Some areas such as aircons and safes are of concern. As we changed rooms 3 times because of inoperative equipment. Staff more than willing to assist to.met your needs. There is a large turn over of guests at the hotel with the place up and buzzing by 8am. So if you want a quite place this is not the place for you.

Really nice room with affordable price, fast access to pool. Although hallway quite dark even at day. Breakfast really is top with variable of choices and delicious.

My memories of Bali include humidity, rain, hot, sweat. My room at Eden Hotel was air-conditioned. Where did I spend most of my time? Correct. Beer in my room. Room service food. My advice? Wait'till the sun goes down then head out and walk around. The hotel was perfect and cheap. Next time I will use the swim up bar.

Nice hotel. Clean and good service. Dishes in restaurant are delicious and various. My room is simple but fulfill all i need. Pool arent so wide and deep. Only good for children i guess. There is kids corner.

Large Hotel, lovely staff, pool bar, room service, amenities changed daily. At the restaurant I had one of the best meals in Bali. Located near lots of shops and restaurants. Tours and taxi service available near reception. Free bike hire. Money changer on site, also doctor on site.

Nice hotel with complete facilities. The breakfast menu was good for my taste. Many meal options were available.
The cons is the place quite hard to reach due to traffic jam in kuta.

Nice hotel for stay with family and couple.
This hotel near by the discovery Shopping Mall Kuta Centro, and also near by the beach. Just take a walk around 20 minutes. And nice place to walking. See around they have many choose of restaurants near by.

Nice ambience. Very courteous staff. Situated at the heart of the tourist hub, Kuta. Restaurants and convenience shops easily accessible and Kuta beach 15 minutes away by foot.

Well price, great staff, nice clean simple rooms, close to the action in Kuta including the airport.

Two nice sized pools - one especially good for the kids. There is also a kids club on site if parents needs some time out to see Kuta.

I have stayed here 4 times - would go back again.

Good buffet breakfast as well.

Stay 2 nights here. Unlike Harris, not too many foreigners here. Mostly domestic tourists. The location near the shopping center. Hotel banana nuanced, the walls even decorated with photos of banana leaves. Can have an adult pool view room. There are 2 pools for children and adults. Adult 1.2 m. My son is happy there is a playground here. The employees are friendly friendly. Breakfastnya many manifold, fit for family

All staff were helpful. Rooms cleaned to good standard. Wifi was fast considering Indonesia. Breakfast was good, fresh and good variety between hot/cold and both Western and Balinese options.

Decent but small room, but no complaints as it was reasonably cheap. Free wifi, party-like environment. Request for a room further from the swimming pool and bar if you like silence.

I stayed here for one night only but i love their room. Simple but very clean. I also like that they offer free wifi in the room unlike other hotels. Their pool looks nice too but I did not have time to swim though.

Ok so this resort is a, just scrapping it 4 star with the facilities and rooms. But the staff, pleasantries and location certainly give it a well deserved 4 star status. Although not much food options, this is ovrcome by being less then 100 meters from the mall and surrounding eateries. A great location with excellent staff!!! (also has a warm and happy nature feel in some rooms)

Nice hotel with great location (especially for Waterbom park and Lippo Mall). Short walk to Kuta Square with many department stores and shops alike.
Clean rooms with comfortable bedding. WiFi in rooms on 6th floor is poor, other floors are better. Buffet breakfast is reasonable, but for the price it's actually good value.
Cocktails (at least the Margaritas) were really bad, they managed to reach the bottom of what we've ever tried! However, the good price, cleanliness and location of this hotel makes up for the less impressive parts.

- got most of the necessities you need

- alot of drunken tourists talking loudly til 1 or 2am
- long coridoors like a jail cell? You can hear people walking pass your room every time
- No privacy on the balcony, everyone can see each other.
- long walk till you get to your room, over 200 rooms
- room service food was ok
- the staffs here are ok but not that friendly
