Lack of parkings Seem like a central market at the ground level.. and only one access point.. and connect with Mercure hotel.. makes it very easy to get jammed..

It's good as a mall, of course. But there's this one little food chain in front of the elevator that is in front of food court called Little Taipei, the food and the price are nice. 10/10 would recommend.

probably the most "modern" shopping mall in the city.
there are cinema 21, restaurants and book store inside the mall. people come to do groceries shopping at hypermart, hang out on cafes and watch movies. and will be quite jammed packed during weekends or close to lebaran holiday.
some of the area inside the mall was quite quiet as it was located on the corner side and seems nothing to attract people to walk thru that area.
during the visit, seems that they are expanding the mall area by building new cafe or restaurant area adjacent the main mall building.
next to the mall there is mercure hotel which actually connected to each other.

Setelah 3 tahun baru ke sini lagi. Tidak banyak berubah, tapi sekarang lebih sepi. Baru buka jam 11 siang, dulu jam 10. Tenant food court banyak yg tutup, termasuk idola saya Bakmi Naga. Tinggal tersisa es teler 77. Ternyata pindah ke bangunan baru di seberang bersama Starbuck. Pas makan siang di Texas Chicken juga sepi,1/4 isi, seingat saya dulu sering penuh. Overall, masih ok lah, bagus perawatan nya. Buka lebih siang mungkin untuk menghemat biaya operasional.

The only mall in Banjarmasin. Every month they have calendar event and it's usually include bazaar on main atrium. There are a lot of franchise available for you. But it's really crowded, finding parking place for your vehicle might get really difficult especially if you use motorcycle.

Keberadaannya memang banyak memberikan manfaat bagi pengusaha maupun konsumen yang datang. Berbagai kebutuhan, dari yang bersifat pokok hingga hiburan dapat ditemukan di tempat ini.
Terpadu dengan bangunan hotel, menjadikan nilai plus tempat ini, khususnya bagi pengunjung dari luar daerah.
Bagi pengelola, ada baiknya masalah parkir dan sirkulasi kendaraan di area tersebut terus dibenahi.

The city's one and only working mall in banjarmasin area, the place is filled with shoppaholic people and the place is too crowded especially at saturday night because it is the day when most of the offices in banjarmasin closed (banks, civils, laws office, etc.) and in my rating, i rated it number 2 at making a traffic jam.the mall's parking system is crazy, once they charged me for 28.000 rupiahs just for 4 hours parking, i was doing my groceries and then watching movie and boom the parking fee is booming up to 28.000 rupiahs and they are not giving you a compensation for lost items.someone needs to do something about that.by the way the service is good but some sellers inside is rude..i stopped going there 1 month ago

JULY 2017:

The only mall in Banjarmasin. While mall popularity in Java is decreasing, this is not the case here in South Borneo.

Almost everyday Duta Mall (DM) is fully occupied.

That says a lot because we have only one 21Cineplex here. And with another building added with big franchise like Starbucks opened there.

I think this mall will still monopolies as the place with most fulfilling entertainment for Banjarese.
