I was not molested by guides as written below. I rented a motorcycle here and gut the room at a for here OK price. While the room was not great, it was OK, had hot water and WiFi was working.

Two years ago I liked the place for being very central yet quiet. But now it seemed a bit run down and not attended to. The bathroom wasn't cleaned when we moved in, a plug hang loose in the wall and no beer in the fridge lol

Gimmick hotelterrible value250,000 room, no wifi in room, no fan/no AC, traffic noise, guides come to rooms trying to sell guests toursguys at bus stops will recommend this hotel to arriving travellers to recieve a commissionbad hotel for budget traveller not especially good for any type of travellermuch better options available in Rantepao

Lovely place where to stay in Rantepao is Duta 88 and their cottages in a small beautiful garden, close to the center. First time we were staying here 6 years ago just by chance. During our second visit this year this was our first choice for accommodation. Service is very nice and friendly.
