Unpleasant staff, who us not well organized, because one does not know what second is doing. Messing with simple tasks like complete your choice of donuts with beverage and collect the money is challenging for them. I do not speak about balinese smiles Probably they are not balinese, because even once nobody offered us smile for free. They seem to be confused about take away and not take away orders. But the price are good, donuts selection eas excellent in the morning.

Very nice and clean shop. The staff is friendly. The food and the beverages are good quality made. You can actually pick up all the donughts you want, put them on your tray ask for a big coffee and just go upstairs to enjoy all of them on the terrasse or under the air con. Wifi if you ask for it

Lack of customer oriented, employees could be improved with some hospitality training, many of them show unexcited soul within. They all look under pressure. Yet, a good place to chill out.

Had a big order, server refused to give me a plastic fork, wrong sandwich and asked for a replacement, they took out the beef slice and exchanged it with chicken ignoring that it also has a different deressing. The cashier was also extremely rude refused me to pay with credit card, this was my worst restaurant experience ever

Returning from Ubud and craving for the donuts this is the nearest donut and coffee shop on the by pass road. Their cold sandwiches are also good. Love the trip chocolate and Boston cream, srikaya flavor donuts

Stopped by at this place after went to Sanur Beach and the setup of the store is weird. The queue line is covering the place to select the donuts. Not really a nice place to chill.
