  To: Velvet Rozze. I guide you the way how you can sue them. First step you may contact the peradi, i think other reviewer has been wrote the completely address and telephone number you may try forwards. Peradi staffs are definitely will ask Harlem to get your original custody from surabaya court. They must do and collect your paper once peradi force them. Do you know why? Because this is attorney's job! Who the person get paid lawyer fee from you. If they do not want to give you, means they violated again. Exactly from these point you can sue them already. From your case have 3 possibilities: 1. They are really don't care about your case and did not collect your custody from court, 2. Perhaps they had collected and intended hold your custody so you can not sue them based on proof. 3. Your case is really success but they told you not success and hold your paper. Indonesia's custody is completely every single details and mention everything inside. The custody is consider thick and is like a book with yellow cover. When we read the custody we know they get violate or not. But my suggest is better bring to peradi and let peradi read your custody and other supporting documents you have with the right way to sue them. Peradi will absolutely assist you find out which point they get violated. The key point is you need contact peradi first. You sue them also at peradi, not at surabaya court or even police station.

  This lawyer is completely a FRAUD!
  As i was contemplating wether i can make this a case or not than he made a promise if the case not success he will give back the money 50% ever since first day i met him and i repeat several times even after the witnesses testified at the court and i finally managed to get his text proof written what he promised me and he said that in front of his assistant Denny. He confidently said the case will only take 1,5months. He assured this will success and with all his articulate words and far too conceited manner that as far as i gave some he called it "tali kasih" somekind like donation this case will be "he never lose" that's what he claimed. In fact the case goes longer about 7 months more plus the long national holiday. I am the one who supposed to questioning his professionalism and again he do not do as he said 1,5mths become 7mths..i thought he can do better and faster than other lawyers with all consideration that's why he deserve to require higher price for his quick service. But it is not. Guess what? instead he used this longer period of time to compensate themselves and didn't do as he said.
  Turned out the case is not succeed ( no legal proof, just his assistant called and his text to say this news) for sure i asked his promise to return my money and sent him the screenshot of what he was saying after i knew he reluctantly gave it back and he just gave any amount he wanted to and said "i can just sue him if i want, i also have patience limit".
  
  After all of this i just had an epiphany that early from the beginning this was just all his horrendous contrived games and framework.
  
  I highlight again he will be fairly likely to receive any case even if that seems impossible to win because everything he can create in his world which full of settings. He knew it wouldn't success he received it anyway so that he can get the remuneration, and even towering above average. He really does use this opportunity from the helpless victim who asked for his help, a person in despair, the soul which pensive about their problems please do not think this is solution. This is the gate to even more massive disaster. To describe this person just like the words saying "satu kali mendayung dua tiga pulau terlampaui" in one paddle two three islands exceeded. Literally means took advantage more(especially from people who need his help and the majority that unfamiliar with the law). In the end i don't get any legal closure paper. I asked him to send me "surat hasil keputusan pengadilan" but nothing..! All you got is flummoxed mind and money lost. I have a bad inkling regarding he withhold the final paper from the court especially after i read other similar comments.
  I quoted his words before, he said "You don't know me we are committed lawyers". Oh really?? Now i know you, a hypocrisy mumbo jumbo. This was just my real personal experienced.

  ‘numero uno’ the words that I use to describe Mister Harlem Napitupulu, first time I met him felt like I met a military general who was ready to lead his troops for lethal bombing. he is fast I mean he works very fast.
  see on him like to seeing Mister Trappatoni the legend coach in Italy, his every appearance gives security to his clients.
