  Price: affordable. Quality of service: Not that excellent. Yes, she smiled, she treated as requested with normal pace/not rush. But that's only. No extra miles. If you do not list down your questions well, or if as a new pet owner you do not know what to ask, she would not be aware to share useful tips (sometimes replying her mobile phone incoming text). If all you need is a quick treatment by a friendly doctor, here is ok.

  A very friendly and smart doctor! As if, she knows everything about dogs. She kindly and patiently treated my corgi and gave lots of helpful advice since this is my first time keeping a corgi as a pet. The fee is also affordable. Two paws up!! 😆😆

  Selama 18bln punya anak kaki 4 belum dapat vet yg sreg & akhirnya ketemu juga. Drh Astuti sangat ramah & enak diajak konsultasi. Dok fee & resep obat harganya reasonable banget dibandingkan dokter lainnya krn dokter ini pecinta hewan banget (punya anjing 9 ekor belum lagi kucingnya yg kyk nya ada 13 ekor) & dok ini juga support homemade food (dok lain kebanyakan support df pabrikkan). Saya sarankan paw parents ke sini jika belum ketemu vet yg cocok.
