Pelayanannya buruk banget. Harusnya bilang dari awal gak bisa terima pasien. Ini kartu bpjs dibawa masuk dlu kedalem, pas kluar baru dijelasin klo karna covid gak bisa tindakan dokter. Terus buat apa kartu bpjs dipinjem2 dibawa masuk kedalem. Gak nanya sakit apa tau2 dikasih obat amoxicillin sm paracetamol doang wkwk, pdhl dy blom tau keluhan pasiennya apa ditanya aja enggak tp tau2 maen kasih obat asal. Mau enaknya aja nih dokter cm mau data bpjs doang biar dy bs sembarang klaim. Gak berkah bgt kerjanya.

haha it's really weird brobat here. covid 19th reason. don't want to take tooth extraction. but keep practice open.
I am a patient coming to the dentist Zairina, the assistant who came out was a man. then I ask you whether you can use BPJS or not. the assistant said she could then ask for my BPJS card. Then, the assistant came out again with a BPJS card and brought medicine for me. without asking what I came for. even though I don't need medicine, because I'm not sick. I just want a consultation for the extraction of teeth that have severe perforations that have never been sick.
The point is I just haven't asked, the consultation hasn't been with the doctor. instead my BPJS card has been claimed for consultation and administration of drugs. but that's not the goal. this is amazing doctor. playing the judge himself 😅

bad service like no intention to serve patients. if indeed I don't want to accept the bpjs, don't work with BPJS. toothache org plus jealous brobat here
