The doctor is kind, really nice to explain and detailed (even though he talks a bit fast). No wonder there are many patients even though the administration is disappointing.
Because other than for a difficult registration session (still using manual telephone, why not just use the whatsapp chat system ???)
And the administration team was quite jutek when explaining to patients about technical registration and queuing up, even though I had arrived at the appointed time.
In addition to the queuing system, it turns out that the technical here is
Register via telephone (from 3 pm) >> are notified of the queue number and given an estimated time of attendance if asked by a team of doctors >> attend and re-register on the spot * >> queue for consultation with the doctor
* The problem is when you have queued to be present at the place, for example I got the number 25. Then 2 hours later, the patient with serial number 9. Then the patient will be prioritized even though we have been there from 2 hours ago :)
Can you imagine if the queue number 13, 17 or whatever will appear before me?

Suggestion:
- Please improve the registration system, maybe it can be upgraded via WhatsApp
- For the queuing system it is better, every patient who has got a queuing number is informed about the estimated time of arrival, and if the patient has not been present at the specified time, it can be considered invalid or put in the back serial number

That's all.
Once again I emphasize that the doctors are good enough for those of us who are critical, but I really regret the administration system. Hopefully my advice can be considered by the team. Thank you.

Dokterny welcome bgt k pasien tp perawatny buat ambil nomer antrian masyaallah luar biasa terkesan sombong..telpon dr jam 3 sampai jam 6 gak bisa nyambung n sibuk terus giliran udah nyambung gak d angkat2..di bela2in datang k klinik lgs siapa tau pasien urgent bisa kontrol tetep gak bisa..

The doctor who is very friendly, patient and communicative with his patient, during promil and pregnancy until delivery is handled directly by Doctor Nanang very well. Always healthy doctor. Until I was thank God I was pregnant again but the miscarriage was the doctor who was still patiently treating me. Thank you Doctor Nanang🙇

seperti yg diinfo, dr nanang emg informatif banget, gaya ngomongnya enak dan gampang dicerna, Sempet nervous krn review tentang admin/resepsionisnya buruk.. tp pengalaman saya dari telp sampe kroscek di resepsionis is all good,, malah *cmiiw* resepsionis n apotekernya cukup informatif njelasin foto usg saya dan fungsi obat + advise di masalah kehamilan saya.. 👍👍

Dulu hamil anak pertama selalu kesini. Dokternya baik. Ditanya apa aja selalu jawab. Memang harus aktif bertanya biar dpt info yg memuaskan. Sekarang mau kesini lagi, tapi kok aku ragu. Kayanya gak ada plakat, ato emang dari dulu seperti itu ya. Mohon info bagi yang terakhir kesini, apakah tempat prakteknya masih buka ato sudah pindah?? Thx

Dokternya baik, ramah, penjelasannya detail, tapi pasien harus proaktif untuk bertanya baru dokternya jawab detail. Antriannya super buanyak. Waktu buka pendaftaran harus banyak2 sabar, hehe.. soalnya telponnya cuma 1 line dan cuma bisa mendaftar hari H.

Untuk pendaftarannya lumayan agak sulit karena ramai banget tapi pelayanannya bagus, dokternya rama, sabar dan mau menjelaskan secara detail pertanyaan - pertnyaan yang masih belum dimengerti.

Pendaftaran dibuka jam 3 sore, sedangkan praktek dokternya mulai jam 20.00 - 24.00. Harus super sabar nunggu antriannya karena ramai banget tempatnya.
