  Bad service on import. It has been more than 3 weeks since my item was shipped out.
  1. DHL blamed import duty office for the delay and it is out of their control
  2. I called out to import office and they told me DHL had not handed over my item to them so my item can't be inspected and cleared out
  It does seem that DHL do this on purpose so that they could charge a huge amount of warehousing fee on us.
  
  Beware of DHL!!
  Choose other courier if you can: fedex, tnt, Ups, etc. Just pleasedo not use DHL.

  There is only one guy serving the costumer! Sometime customer comes knows nothing and seek advice on site. Be patient!

  Hati2 impor barang, harga barang cukup 50usd aja max, gw pernah impor di suruh byr lebih mahal dari harga brg, ga tau bea cukai atau dhl yg main, mending jgn impor kalo ga gt perlu
