  I showed him a photo of balayage that I wanted (my natural colour into purple) but what I got instead was patchy purple hair dye all throughout my hair, only leaving the roots alone which look like regrowth. My quote included a trim which I paid for but didn't get. I've booked in for another salon in Australia to go over my hair and fix it.
  
  The people working there are nice however when they pulled my hair and I was noticeably in pain, they only giggled.

  Incredibly cheap, and one of the best haircuts I've had anywhere - I have really difficult hair to work with (thick, curly and frizzy) and they made it look exactly how I wanted. Highly recommended!

  My mum and I went here due to recommendations of it being the best. We both had ladies who do not understand English. We told them only a little bit (a trim) to rid of the split ends and showed them how much (one inch). Her first cut took 3 inches (7.5cm) from my hair.
  
  The other lady cut 2 inches from my mums curly hair and tried to cut it level when it is layered (same goes for mine). I started to tear up and am absolutely devastated.
  
  The owner saw and heard what happened, he told her no, no, no. He tried to fix both our hairs but had to take more off to do so. We are so glad he came in and stopped them. Unfortunately the damage was done. This is the worst my hair has ever been.
  
  Only get the girls to wash and style, I do not recommend you let them cut your hair.

  i had a keratin treatment done to my hair. i highly recommend this salon. All staff are very welcoming and professional and services are priced well. I cant thankyou all enough. i love my hair!! very happy customer!😁

  I came for a trim of my short hair and Dhio did exactly what I wanted with it. The wash included a short head massage too.
