  Amazing place, great views and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the house I've stayed was big and comfortable, the food was so fresh and testy

  We stayed 2 nights at Limasan Kolam, a one bedroom villa up the hill designed somewhat secluded from other villas for better privacy. Initially it was chosen based on date availability but we're very happy with the choice! It has a private pool and is actually quite spacious. We like the building quality, we found it well made using good materials and quality finishing job. Inside it's well equipped with water dispenser, AC, ceiling fan, and lounging area. Outside, there's a private deck besides the pool. The villa price is expensive+extra charge per day for additional persons (our villa rule: 2 guests), but meals are included plus villa board paddling facility down Maron river (VERY NICE). Price worth the quality. We enjoyed surrounding landscape (Desa Limasan itself sits on a huge parcel of land) and especially the very clean beach. Wave can be quite strong, so always be watchful. We'd love to come back if time and budget allows. Memorable!

  We totally loved this place!! We're young parents with 3 Kids. We normally rented a regular room, then add an extra bed. We dont mind the cramped space, because we have 3 adorable kids anyway. The night we got there, we wanted to rent a room for two, but surprisingly the owner insisted that we rent the bigger place for our convinience. At first we thought "Ah this is a scam for getting more money out from us." but it wasnt like that at all. We got a great deal for a bigger place. And the food are AWESOME!!! With the given price you get 3x meals here. Overall, great experience. Recommended.

  I heard from some people.There are some tourist complained about the employee about the deal price. Their complained because the price not appropriate with the deal. ..as a pacitan people., sometimes i feel disappointed for some people are ask tarif not properly. And i heard that there are some employee rude to the tourist. Why you do that? Tourist as a guest.. we should show the good attitude as indonesian people. How we can show pacitan tourism to the world if you still doing a bad think. Hopefully, it doesn't happen to the next tourist..

  Not happy at all. As we did not have internet we called and ask about the place. First of all they did not explain we were renting a full house - we found out after we arrived (we understood then the 1.000.000rupia night). Second, we explained then we were going to hire a motorbike to go there, but they said it wasnt necessary as they normally organise the pick up (implying that it was free); when we were already there the driver told us that we had to pay him 1.400.000 rupia (more than the hole house). But the worst was when we tried to talk politely to the owner. He was very rude, he told us that we were liars and he didnt want to get to an agreement.
