Great hardware store with really good range of products at quite reasonable prices. Parking can be an issue, but there is some onsite. Good service from staff who know their products. Would highly recommend a look if you need that sort of stuff.

Toko bahan bangunan yang koleksinya cukup lengkap. Pelayanan ramah, menerima pembayaran dengan credit card dan tersedia layanan antar.

Quality control barang keluar sangat ketat untuk menghindari pengiriman barang yang sudan cacat.

Lokasi di jalan Marlboro Barat dengan areal parkir yang cukup luas.
Di toko ini ada coffee shop kecil untuk pengunjung yang menunggu.

Ada beberapa stand khusus pabrikan cat yang cat nya dicampur di tempat ini juga saat dipesan.

Sering ada promo menarik dengan hadiah yang menarik.

If you are looking to buy basically/literally anything for your household, this is the place. From building materials, paint, household appliances, they got it all. There is also a wide variety of choices. Decently crowded at the point of time I went. It is a big store, so while your on the road, it is visible from a distance away! Harus bicara bahasa Indonesia.

STUPID BALINESE STAFF

Firstly I like to mention that my partner is from Indonesia and was doing all the talking so there is no blame on a communication error

Told the sales man that we wanted to order a 20 liter container of aqua seal to stop our office roof from leaking and the salesman got it completely wrong and made up a 20 liter interior paint instead.

They did swap the interior paint with the correct aqua seal but would not refund the remaining amount so we had to spend an additional 600,000 rupiah for their F*#K up, money that we just did not need to spend

The correct and proper thing was that we should of been given back the 600,000 rupiah instead they said that we had to buy store items to the equivalent to 600,000 rupiah items that we did not need.

After we had finally selected these other items we got sat down and then the same STUPID BALINESE STAFF member came up and said that we had to pay an additional 7,000 rupiah little money I know but after his mistake, making us wait in the store for 1 hour all because THE STUPID BALINESE STAFF made a mistake.

That's when I lost it and really angry and blasted the STUPID BALINESE STAFF and gave them a huge piece of my mind.

The management of the store needs to stop being just like it's STUPID BALINESE workers but being STUPID seems to be a genetic trait in the people of Bali .

The management needs to train their staff in
1. Do their job correctly
2. Good customer care
3. How to handle disputes

This review is pointed at the STUPID BALINESE PEOPLE who work in the store including management!

Large, very well stocked DIY store. They sell tiles, paints, flooring, bathroom accessories, gas cookers, garden equipment, electrical, lighting, tools etc. etc. Unless you want something unusual this is pretty much one stop shopping.

Depo is the best in Bali. They have alot of stock and cheaper prices also. The staff are friendly and quick to check stock levels etc, unlike Mitra10 who drag out the process and the staff are extremely slow. Don't water your time with Mitra 10, go straight to Depo.

Fair price and nice staff, but very very slow both cashier and the staff who picks up the big & heavy stuff. I went from mad to amazed by how slow it gets then amazingly mad. Waiting time vary from 15mins up to 2+ hrs and im not exaggerating. (its been 2hrs by the time i write this review)
