Waiting room nya enak, adem ga bising

Very bad customer service. I called to check for spare parts availability, which I have ordered since 3 months before that. They told me to wait 10 minutes and they promise to call me back. After hours of waiting, they never called me back. Then I called again, and the same thing repeated again. After I asked the person in charge, he promised me that he will check and call me back the day after because they need 24 hours to check. I never heard again from them since then. And I haven't got my spare part until now.

Pelayanan ramah,tidak terlalu lama antre service,ada smoking room, free coffe diantar oleh pelayan, bisa melihat langsung mobil yg di service oleh para montir ahli dari waiting room.two thumbs up👍👍
