It's not following the time to the T. Sometimes the company unilaterally change the minibus and decides you travel on a big bus instead; means more travel time. Toilet at the station is horribly dirty and stinky.

Overall pelayanan buruk, front office tidak ramah, pemanggilan penumpang tidak jelas, supir/karyawan tidak memastikan rokok saat masuk ke ruang tunggu yg berAC, dan supir tidak informatif mengenai rute yang akan dilalui berhubung saya akan turun di tengah perjalanan

Been a while since my last trip with Day Trans. They do have wide options on destinations, but still off schedule (my trip 15 mins late now), no seatbelt (even tho they try a new layout on the seatings - captain seats available-which is nice)
And please keep your toilet neat and clean, would be best if its smoking free.

A very convenient way to go to Jakarta from Bandung, the buses are clean and the AC is good. Usually isn't late, but isn't 24 hour service.
