  Iconic entry of Daun Village residence, famous for its Transmart which consists of supermarket, department store, and Trans Studio, few fastfood and restaurant as well. Located near Mitsubishi and Balikpapan Sport Center but you really can't missed it since it is huge.

  The gate is good, you can find trans mart there to shop, eat and having fun with children.

  Hanya gerbang sebagai penunjuk tempat bahwa ada perumahan didalamnya dan Transmart yang menjadi tujuan belanja hiburan dan permainan. Gerbang ini juga sebagai penunjuk di maps aplikasi yang memakai google maps untuk menggantikan tempat disekitarnya

  Hunian aman dan nyaman, dekat dengan pusat kota, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan ( Transmart ). Yang pasti bebas banjir.

  Tidak direkomendasikan beli rumah disini kecuali buat anda yang sekedar mencari lokasi bagus
  
  - Fasilitas standar jalan, taman dan lampu, lainnya? NIHIL.
  - Developer hanya baik di awal penjualan, berikutnya? NIHIL
  - Biaya Lingkungan 300rb sebulan, kualitas kebersihan dan keamanan ? Mengecewakan
  - Keberadaan Transmart bikin RUNYAM.

  Lokasi perumahannya sangat bagus, tapi sayang ga terurus dg baik secara fisik oleh pengembangnya, daerah dalam cluster malah dipakai akses bongkar muat mall, banyak PJU mati, kl hujan deras jalanan penuh pasir/sampah
