Awesome to visit. But I'm afraid you wont get excellent picture. They wont let us enter closely like they used to, but that probably for some important safety reason.
Tips: bring your sunblock and sunglasses !!

Great view, though you can't do anything except taking picture above (from parking lot actually) cause it is dangerous to go near the slope

Things are looking good with a combination of nature and commitment to maintain cleanliness. I myself was suprised how amazing our country is to have such a wonderful, exceptionally and naturally beautiful place such as Kaolin Lake. It would however, be a better place if there was a pathway nearby the lake rather than simple partition along the way. -kevinch

Awesome site to take photos. However, all depends on your tour guide to which side he/she will take you. Or perhaps if you prefer to go there by yourself. Better come here early in the morning if you can. Because is totally hot .

It's gorgeous and have a stunning view. My advice is not to bring kids along, the slopes are quite dangerous and the only activity you can do is to admire the uniqueness of this place. Not sure your kids might find it fun though. A must go for those who wants to make great pictures and for geologist.

    - Blue lake because of Kaolin chemical
    - White sands is the kaolin
    - Best in the sunny weather to take a pic
    - Don't swim or drink that kaolin water
