Came in looking for something heavier duty than the standard vape pens I buy in Australia, and wasn’t disappointed. Staff were extremely helpful in helping me distinguish which vapes are best for someone used to a vape but not familiar with vapes that require customisation and made sure to point me away from the ones too complicated for myself. Hooked me up with a real nice strong vape that’s extremely easily customisable in regards to voltage strength, showed me the ins and outs of priming different coils than what I’m used to, showed me extensively how to operate the vape and sent me home with a few awesome 60ml nicotine infused vape liquids (impossible to get ahold of in Australia). Was happy to pay for something tailored so well for myself and I’ll happily buy products from them overseas when I’m back in Australia.

Yogi and ray (the staffs) are super friendly and have very good english. They gave me a lot of advises and tips for newbie. You will get a great experience even though you have never tried e-cig.

SCAMMER! DON'T BUY THERE! They talking about warranty but they don't give it to you! I bought the aspire zelas and directly at the beginning that tank was licking. I went to them 6 times and at the end nothing changed. It's still licking. And they didn't made any exchange. I lost more than 20 dollar of my liquid and spent 80 dollar in the e-cigarette. and now I have a licking new product which brings me more to cigarettes than stopping smoking.

At the end I can only say DON'T BUY THERE!

Very good place for your vape need, very helpful staff, product is up-to-date with reasonable price, the eliquid is also very nice, so much variety for the flavor.
Im very recommended to you who want to quit smoking cause they have a good method how to quit smoking.

Been a customer since they opened 3 or so years ago, visiting their Kerobokan, ubud, and denpasar locations as well as referring hundreds of people to their shops over this time. After continuing to give them continued hopeful chances over the last year or so I've finally decided to rewrite my review and stop going to their shop's. Despite this their service to long time loyal customers who've brought them further business has been sub party at best. From refusal to replace faulty products, predominantly replacement coils, to trying to sell us damaged display models at full price. Both my husband and I have brought our feedback to management and their owner with not even a response. I would suggest trying other more consistently helpful shop's like Karisma Jaya in Denpasar (way better liquids and equipment selection & best prices even with international imported brands) as well as honest feedback & advice tailored to your needs. It's unfortunate to see what started as a really great customer service based store fall into a money hungry machine with no consideration to its long time clientele.

Very well stocked with mods and Vaporizers. Staff actually knows what they are doing (I only was handed a mech mod after we talked a while, and he was sure I know about building and battery safety). Just a very limeted collection of e-liquids and some items were out of stock. That's the one Star deduction.
Over all, great little shop with well educated and friendly staff.

The straff is amazing, helped both me and my girlfriend in the process of buying our first vapes. Got myself an Eleaf iStick Pico Mega and my girlfriend got an Eleaf iCare mini. They got lot's of flavor and they let you try out how many as you want, they are very helpful and really know their stuff. Much recommended! Cheers! :)
