Everything is quite good. Untill there's some problem like the electricity off and there's no iron or coffee pot in room. Hope the service will be more excellent whenever i'll come back to this place again, insyaaAllah.

The hotel and room are clean, the service is good enough, laundry available. The pool should be clean up regularly so the guest are able to use it. No food sevice, only snacks and regular beverages (RTD) but they have outside catering for breakfast only.
The input on the catering is please provide the hot tea and coffee without sugar in it, so the guest that not consume sugar would able to consume it as well.response / report this review -

Parkiran sempit. Satpam jutek. Sarapan habis tidak direfill, padahal msh jam9 pagi. Cuma tinggal nasi+kuah aja 😁. Kolam renang ok. Bersih. Tdk ada kulkas. Tidak ada coffe maker.

Kamar sangat nyaman, hanya sarapan paginya kurang bervariasi. Hanya menu nasi saja. 5 menit untuk mencapai tengah kota. Untuk harga terhitung mahal untuk hotel sekelas ini dan fasilitas yang lumayan.

Lokasi strategis dekat alun-alun batu, disekitar juga banyak pilihan tempat beli oleh-oleh. Penampakan dari luar terlihat bagus, tapi kondisi kamar agak kurang terawat. Toiletries yang disediakan minim, handuk juga terlihat kotor.

Sy menginap tgl 28 Juni, AC kamar mati. Saat awal komplain tg itu, malah disuruh nunggu keesokan harinya untuk perbaikan. Stlh marah2, baru didatangkan teknisinya. Tp tetap gak bisa diperbaiki . kamar panas ..
