The hotel is very easy to find in a quite strategic area with some culinary attractions in its surroundings. The hotel room is very average. The bed is not as comfortable as i thought for a 5-starred hotel. Towels and linen used are old, need to be replaced with new ones immediately! Other bathroom amenities looks as old as those towels. However, the size of its room is quite spacious.

This place is nice. Good food. The room is large with bath tub to relax. It also has shower. The room has a good size table to work. A chair and small table. If you have a higher room you can see Bandung clearly. A nice view at night. The only problem is the hotel is a bit far from malls and other places.

Stay here 4 nights for business , the breakfast delicious and got many choices. The room is clean and tidy. And the staff is nice. It also got swimming pool and gym. Oh yeah, you can bring your kids to the kids club near the pool, they can play and do actovities like draw and coloring picture there.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for honeymoon. It was amazing experience, we got complimentary cake, "towel art", and our room was upgraded. Hotel facilities were good and staffs were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we took the lunch deal (room already include lunch) and found out that the lunch menu only consists of three same options everyday.

The food taste great! I love all of it.
The appetizer. The main dish. And the desert all three of them are taste great.
Theres always live music every night, and you could request a song.

The room are large, so its still comfortable stay with co worker at sameroom.

New and modern hotel right in the heart of Bandung city. Will give 5 star if the housekeeping team did their job better. Booked for 3 rooms, 1 room lack of toothbrush, 1 room lack of slipper, 1 room lack of bath soap. I definitely expect this wouldn't happen at 5 star hotel please put attention on it. We stayed in deluxe room for 3 nights and overall we have pleasant stay. Good selection of breakfast too. Please look at the picture for facilities in deluxe room

I stayed at executive suite, yet i get treated badly. I was scheduled to have a room ready for me at 2 pm, but then I have to wait for one more hour to get the room. Entering the room, it wasn't really a good hotel room for an executive suite; very standard. And then I got a called that there are free afternon tea and snacks waiting at executive lounge. I was like ok, there is actually a good service. But then, the lounge itself was really standard, the snack are almost none, and the waiter didn't refill it for almost an hour. And lastly, the breakfast are really standard too. The food choices are unsatisfying. I expect a lot more for this kind of high-priced hotel. I give it an extra 1 star for a fast internet, that's all.

Just arrived after almost 10-hour ride from Jakarta. Very pleasing to get a nice spacey room for a good nite's sleep. But the bedsheet etc were very bad smelling, so we asked for new ones/replacements (luckily we got quick feedback & action by the staffs). Nice X'mas decor at the lobby plus welcome drinks.

- Friendly security helping other people crossing the road although not hotel guest 👍
- Air conditioner cant be adjusted the way i want. I took 2 room. 1 room too cold and 1 room too hot 👎

One of the few finest hotel in Bandung, with excellent facilities and outstanding service. Highly recommended for conferences and company meetings. Their buffet choices are good although it can be quite repetitious. Rooms are spacious, with excellent housekeeping. Location is good, walking distance to the nearest entertainment district, Braga Road.

Good sized, comfy room. No mini bar. Nice hospitable staffs. Breakfast and lunch are pretty standard not exceptional. Bath towel is too thin and not very absorbent.

Thanks for some free poridge that you gave to my mate when got sick Eventhough the room little crowd I mean some noise from outside still i heard we can sleep very well. So comfortable.

Love the hotel.. Adopt modern concept of hotel.. Located not far from braga and jalan asia afrika.. The wifi is excellent, good service from the staff. altough I don't like the bathroom design, but overall i'm statisfied..

The staff are the most helpful and friendly peeps, even by indonesian standard. Room is more than decent, breakfast with various options, excellent pool with quite a view. They also have a vibrant lounge plus a mini club. Will definitely stay here again.

Not the best. They're clearly trying hard and some aspects were great, but overall this place leaves a fair amount to be desired. All that said, I'm not sure how much better you could do in Bandung.

+ The staff tried really hard
+ Breakfast buffet was fun
+ Drinks and snacks at the Infinity Lounge were fun and cheap

- Several people in my party had to change rooms for either smell or noise
- My shower certainly smelled strange
- Little things broken here and there
- Dinner buffet at Mosaic is absolutely not worth it. Avoid

It was reasonably cheap, but had many problems. The two main problems were smelly rooms (experienced by two of my colleagues) and noisy rooms (4 colleagues). Both of these problems were bad enough to force us to change rooms. Apart from that the hotel provided fine service and a reasonable breakfast.

Arrived a tad bit late for a business meeting. The staff quickly got me a room and even gave me a free upgrade.

Overall, it is a great hotel. Clean and spacious room for both business and leisure. Easily fit two adults and one child

Great location, it's within walking distance of some good eatery and Braga city walk.

Good value for money.

Good job in keeping the place looking great.
