Started by giving us a lecture on all the things you can't do - can't take your phone in with youmustn't do this mustn't do that. Extremely off putting for something that is meant to be so relaxing. After 5 mins of this "induction course " we just walked away. Bali is not short of friendlu spas. This is not one of them!
