I walked for about 2 hours under a 90F sun, only to be told that I couldn't go in because I was not wearing pants and shoes. Who is crazy enough to wear pants on such weather ? I was also told that they were not issuing visa authorizations for the rest of the week which really screw my ordinal plans.
