  Sebelum datang saya sudah menanyakan paket karoke via tlp dan receptionis menjawab sudah tersedia .. Ketika datang di lokasi .. Receptionis menjawab dengan gampangnya bahwa paket hanya tersedia pukul 2 siang? Ketika saya tanya paket di tlp, receptionis hanya menjawab dengan bingung padahal saya yakin dia yang berbicara di tlp dengan saya .. Benar benar pelayanan yang buruk!
