  Great small gym with nice staff - avoid 6-8am, there is a 'breakfast crew' that fill outside the gym and kinda take over - other than that, good equipment, with nice sauna n cold dip - recommended - pool is very quiet when it's hot.very good cyber equipment n cardio equipment is good, smooth , recommend!
