Nice hotel and good service

The staffs r friendly. Breakfast is delicious n there are a lot of choices. You can even park your car at the car park hotel when you go to melaka by ferry. We left our car for two days there. When we came back and took the car, The hotel didn't charge us a dime for parking there. I was really surprised. Thank you cititel.

Clean, the staffs r helpful, close to dumai port. You can buy tiket to melaka, batam next to the hotel.

The newest hotel in town. The staffs are friendly, the breakfast is great, the room is good. Most importantly they provide free shuttle bus service to/from the airport. Love it!
