A movie theather in Mantos 1. They used to be the best (only possible) to choose to watch movie. Because of that, they don’t really concern about their costumer. I can’t really count how many time the movie shut to black in the middle of the show, and they don’t bother to start it up without rewind to where the movie should continue. But after Mantos had XXI and also Manado had Cinemaxx and CGV, they started to realize and upgraded their service. Three stars seems enough.

No stars says it all. I gave it 1 only to get this posted.
From the cinemas location to the movies on offer to the lack of refreshing refreshments and poor customer service policies.
Look europeans don't expect miracles from you guys here just yet, you're at least 30 years behind us after all. But to not make any effort at all is a bad image for Indonesia.
Even if it's too expensive for the cinema owners to do anything to address the above failings, they could at least consider the films they show more carefully.
There is more to the movies than children / teenage genres. What the cinema is saying to the world effectively is the average age of the Monadonese is 7!
Also we don't expect purity when we sit down to watch, but we don't expect to need a shovel to remove the drink and food containers left by the people there earlier either.
Go to Britain and see how they do it. This was the most dissapointing experience I've had.response / report this review -

Wow is all I can say! If you are used to cinemas in Europe prepare for a treat. Regular cinema here is above average in terms of quality but if you spend an extra 100,000idr you can get the all star treatment at Cinema XXI Premiere with huge lazy boy reclining chairs and blankets in smaller screens. Usually quiet and with full waiter service..! Incredible value.
